As a trusted community partner, we build strong, collaborative relationships to expand access and improve health outcomes for the populations we serve.

Our work is guided by four core values—Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence—which shape how we care for our patients and support one another as a team. We provide person-first care through a fully integrated model, strengthening communities while fostering a culture rooted in trust, accountability, growth, and meaningful service.

The Opportunity

Infinity Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care. This provider will play a key role in advancing our mission by serving patients in a way that truly meets the needs of the community.

  • Contribute to clinical quality improvement and peer review activities

Providers at Infinity Health are empowered to help shape care delivery, improve workflows, and enhance patient outcomes through active participation in policy and process development.

Culture & Team Expectations

At Infinity Health, how we work is just as important as what we do. We are intentionally building a culture of trust, and we seek providers who embody our values every day.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrates respect and compassion in every interaction
  • Practices with integrity and professionalism
  • Is committed to continuous growth and lifelong learning
  • Welcomes feedback with humility and a growth mindset
  • Values collaboration and supports team success
  • Embraces accountability and contributes to a positive workplace culture

We believe healthcare excellence is achieved through both clinical expertise and strong relationships—with patients, colleagues, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
