Infinity Care Solutions, a national mail order, compounding, and specialty pharmacy, is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for its pharmacy customer service department.
As a member of the Arcare Health Network, Infinity's mission is to assist patients with their medication needs, in turn helping Arcare fulfill its mission as a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
This is an in-office position with the following schedule:
- Monday - Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: 11:00am to 8:00pm
- Additional Info: Shift differentials offered for evening and Saturday hours

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Initiating calls to patients and practitioners providing excellent customer service
- Contacting patients concerning new prescriptions and refills
- Ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
- Collecting required patient information and insurance details
- Maintaining accurate patient logs, detailing conversations in the patient record
SKILLS:
- Bilingual Preferred but not required
- Prior experience in the medical field preferred
- Knowledge or experience using medical terminology preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Excellent communication skills, must love to talk on the phone
- Positive, upbeat personality
- Caring, Patient-centered attitude
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving
- Must pass background and drug screening
