We are seeking an experienced Vibration Analyst (CAT II or higher) to join a dynamic and respected team of reliability experts. This is a hybrid role with frequent travel to customer sites across the region. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing as Vibration Analyst
- Delivering scheduled condition monitoring and vibration analysis services to industrial clients
- Interpreting data collected from rotating equipment to identify potential failure modes
- Preparing clear, concise reports in line with company standards
- Communicating findings to clients in a professional and consultative manner
- Managing your own service schedule and developing strong on-site relationships
- Supporting remote monitoring and wireless system analysis when applicable
- Participating in one-off field services and troubleshooting as needed
- Providing mentorship to junior team members and supporting knowledge sharing
- Conducting walkdowns and equipment reviews to ensure comprehensive analysis
What We’re Looking For
- Certification in Vibration Analysis CAT II or higher
- Strong knowledge of rotating machinery, failure modes, and troubleshooting methods
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies such as IR thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis, etc., is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a remote setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline is an advantage
