Field Service Specialist / Journeyman Millwright
United States — Remote Travel (Approx. 50%)
Full-Time | Permanent
Infinitek is proud to be partnering with a leading industrial technology organisation to appoint an experienced Field Service Specialist / Journeyman Millwright.
Approximately 50% of your time spent visiting customer sites across the U.S. and internationally. You’ll provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and reliability expertise to help customers optimise their equipment and maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support industrial customers with rotating equipment and lubrication-focused maintenance
- Troubleshoot hardware and software systems to resolve performance issues
- Conduct site visits and reliability assessments; provide recommendations
- Build strong relationships with customer teams through high-quality technical support
- Produce service reports and documentation
- Deliver training and product guidance as required
Must-Have Qualifications
To be considered, you must have:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- A valid passport with the ability to travel internationally
- 5 years’ experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and lubrication practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware software)
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Teams
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience with condition monitoring technologies (ultrasound, vibration, etc.)
- Ability to deliver customer training sessions
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
