HR Business Partner II (HRBP II) – Manufacturing Plant
Location: Hillsboro, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: circa $82k DOE Benefits Package
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner II to join our client’s Hillsboro, Texas plant. This role provides comprehensive HR support to plant employees and leadership, fostering strong collaborative relationships while delivering HR expertise that aligns with organizational goals. This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Contribute to employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and training.
- Support talent management initiatives, coaching leaders on performance improvement and development plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support corporate objectives.
- Manage exit interviews, provide analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Gather employee feedback, contribute ideas to enhance satisfaction, and improve organizational culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on payroll support experience.
- CHRP designation or in progress preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or union environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws, human rights, and health and safety regulations.
- Proven track record in leading HR projects and initiatives.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
