Location: Austin, Texas (Full-Time, Onsite Required)

About the Opportunity : We are partnering with a high-growth, privately held data center and infrastructure developer to recruit a Senior Manager of Accounting.

The company is building one of North America’s most ambitious infrastructure platforms, including 4GW of dedicated power generation supporting hyperscale data center operations at a single site. This is a unique opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of scale and complexity. This role is designed for a technically strong accounting professional—with Big Four training—who is equally comfortable handling hands-on accounting operations and providing strategic financial guidance. The position offers growth potential into broader leadership responsibilities as the organization scales.

Role Overview

As Senior Manager, Accounting, you will oversee both technical and operational accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining a strong understanding of day-to-day accounting workflows in NetSuite. You will play a critical role in enhancing processes, reporting, and controls within a capital-intensive environment, including fixed assets accounting—a highly valued area of expertise for this role.

You will work closely with the VP of Accounting and cross-functional teams, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on operational involvement, including system data entry and transactional processing. Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Solid operational accounting experience with direct involvement in NetSuite workflows and data entry.
• Fixed assets accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Big 4 Trained and either went into Consulting in Big 4 or left Big 4 and went into a relatable industry for example infrastructure, energy, power, data center/big data, or capital intensive manufacturing environment.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience with a willingness to be hands-on.
