HR Director - Austin
We are partnering with a rapidly growing organisation within the data centre and mission-critical infrastructure sector to identify an experienced HR leader to join its Texas operation.
This is a strategic, highly visible and hands-on HR leadership role, partnering closely with senior leadership and supporting a fast-paced, project-driven workforce across construction, technical and operational teams.
Previous experience within a data centre, construction, infrastructure or major-project environment is an absolute requirement for this role. We're specifically looking for someone who understands the pace, complexity and workforce demands of large-scale project environments.
We're looking for:
- Senior HRBP, HR Director or senior HR leadership experience
- Proven experience within data centres, construction, infrastructure or major-project environments – essential
- Experience supporting field, construction, engineering or project-based workforces
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
- Workforce planning, organisational design and talent management experience
- Experience supporting significant growth, transformation or organisational change
- Confidence partnering with both senior executives and operational leadership
Direct data centre construction or development experience would be highly advantageous, but candidates must have relevant experience within a comparable major-project environment.
