Financial Analyst | Data Center Infrastructure | Austin, TX
Help build the finance function behind the next generation of digital infrastructure.
Our client is a fast-growing Data Center Infrastructure Developer seeking its first FP&A Analyst to work directly with the Director of FP&A, SVP of Accounting, Project Controls team and CFO.
This is a high-impact opportunity where you’ll own the analytical backbone of the business across development, financing, construction and operations.
What You’ll Own
• 13-week cash forecasting and cash flow analysis
• NetSuite / Project Controls reconciliations
• Budget vs. Actual vs. EAC variance analysis
• Biweekly CFO reporting and financial dashboards
• Project cost, contingency and scope-change tracking
• Annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Ad hoc analysis supporting the CFO and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years FP&A, corporate finance, project finance or accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
• Strong financial modelling and reconciliation abilities
• ERP experience — NetSuite preferred
• Project/construction cost experience highly desirable
• Excellent communicator with strong commercial instincts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have
Experience with EPC/GMP, Procore, Primavera P6, energy infrastructure, power, midstream or data centers.
