Customer Support Specialist We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing marketing team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide excellent customer service and technical support. Responsibilities:Field incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from clients regarding questions, issues, complaints, etc. related to our products/servicesTroubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely, professional mannerLog and track support tickets through resolution using our CRM systemAssist clients with placing orders, payments, account changes, and other requestsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team when neededSuggest product/service improvements based on client feedbackContribute to our knowledge base with help articles, FAQs, and training materialsRequirements:1-2 years experience in customer service or technical support roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software issuesProficiency with CRM platforms and help desk softwarePatient, friendly demeanor and ability to diffuse tense situationsAvailability to work some evenings and weekends as neededWe provide competitive pay, great benefits, and room for advancement.
