Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication and Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Respond to questions, resolve basic issues, and route complex inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all customer interactions.
Administrative and Team Assistance
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the coordination of meetings, client calls, and internal communications.
- Manage records, update client information, and help maintain accurate databases.
Office Coordination and Organization
- Monitor and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Help manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
- Support HR and management teams with administrative projects and onboarding tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative certification preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a corporate or consulting office environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) or office management software.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or customer support role.
