We are looking for someone with strong knowledge and ability in all aspects of:
- Lawn maintenance and care, including mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanups
- Landscape upkeep, including mulching, pruning, and plant health maintenance
- Proper turf management, including fertilization and weed control best practices
- Ability to run basic equipment, trucks, and trailers — required
- Ability to lead a crew effectively and efficiently with minimal oversight and direction
- Mechanical knowledge is a major bonus — ability to maintain mowers, sharpen blades, fix leaf blowers, etc.
- A pesticide license - no required but a huge bonus
- We do offer snow removal services for the winter so being available for that is also huge. We offer residential and commercial services. Ability to run a plow truck is huge!
