We're Infinite Roofing and RoofMaxx — "Restore, Don't Replace." We help Bay Area and NorCal homeowners protect their biggest investment, and we're expanding fast out of San Jose. We need closers who want to be coached, tracked, and paid for performance.

How You Start

• 2 weeks of paid training, up front. Before you ever step on a roof solo, we pay you to learn the product, the pitch, the inspection process, and our sales system.
• After training, leads start and your draw begins. You move onto a recoverable draw against commission — a steady weekly base you earn back as you close. It gives you a floor while you ramp, and your earnings climb fast from there.
  
  
  

What You'll Do

• Run booked, company-provided appointments across the Bay Area and Northern California
• Self-generate your own opportunities too — the best reps don't wait for leads, they create them
• Climb up and inspect roofs, document condition, and explain what you find in plain English
• Sell in-home: present RoofMaxx roof rejuvenation, repairs, and roof systems, and close on the spot
• Build trust fast with homeowners and make the sale make sense
• Manage your own pipeline and follow-up in our CRM
  
  
  

What You Sell

• RoofMaxx roof rejuvenation (restore, don't replace — way easier sale than a full tear-off)
• Roof repairs
• New roof systems
• Commercial coatings & repairs
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A proven closer — phone sales, wireless/cell sales, door-to-door, solar, or any commission background where you out-performed
• Comfortable and confident with in-home, face-to-face selling
• Willing and able to get on a roof and do inspections (we'll train you on the technical side)
• Self-motivated hustler who can both work provided leads and generate your own
• Numbers-driven — you're comfortable being measured. We track activity and results, and we coach to the KPIs that put money in your pocket
• Valid CA driver's license and clean enough record to drive a company vehicle
• Reliable, coachable, and money-motivated
• No roofing experience required — we'll teach you the trade. We can't teach hunger.
