What you'll actually do
- Sit at kitchen tables with homeowners.
- You'll walk roofs to assess the key details that make that roof unique.
- You'll explain why a job done right matters more than a low bid that turns into a callback nightmare.
- You'll close.
We feed you warm leads from our marketing engine. You also have the freedom (and incentive) to build your own book — referrals, canvassing, networking. Hybrid lead model means uncapped upside for reps who hustle.
Who we are looking for
- Roofing sales experience? You're at the top of our list.
- Home improvement sales background? Solar, windows, HVAC, siding, gutters — come talk to us. You already speak homeowner.
- Hungry and coachable? If you've got the drive but not the years, we'll train you. We've built the program for it.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Salary : $4,000 - $30,000
