Hitting Instructor
Role Description
The Hitting Instructor is responsible for teaching the swing to players ranging from youth level to professional athletes. Infinite Hitting’s objective is to get baseball and softball players game-ready. This role’s daily tasks include reviewing game videos, planning lessons, teaching players on the swing, and building players' confidence through results.
Reports to the General Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Operations
Get clients game-ready and help them accomplish their goals
- Conduct lessons
- Implement the Infinite Way hitting program
- Work with players to improve swing
- Develop players on mechanics and metrics
- Encourage and strengthen customer relationships
- Maximize players' results in games
- Help accomplish players' goals
Customer Relations
Ensure clients are satisfied with their results by fostering a customer-centric culture
- Give recognition to clients who are reaching their goals
- Manage re-evaluations to ensure clients are on track to achieve their goals
Leadership
Attend meetings
- Come prepared to participate as needed
- Exemplify core values and company culture within the Clubhouse
Skills & Qualifications
- Coaching experience is preferred
- Playing at the collegiate or professional level is required
- Be available during hours of operation: Monday through Friday 2:45-10, Saturdays 9:45-3
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven record as a leader
- Be a self-starter
- Reliable and punctual to meet work commitments and adhere to schedules
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach, maintaining patience when interacting with clients
- Possesses exceptional physical fitness to handle tasks that require strength and endurance for optimal job performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $961.00 - $1,060.00 per week
