General Manager – Infinite Hitting Austin
Location: Pflugerville, Texas
Pay: $75,000 - $105,000 per year (Base Salary Strong Commission Structure)
Reports to: Director of Operations, Owner(s)

The General Manager is the leader of the facility - responsible for driving membership growth, ensuring retention, managing staff, and overseeing daily operations. This role blends sales, leadership, and facility management. As the face of the facility, the GM is the go-to person for athletes, families, and staff, ensuring Infinite Hitting delivers an unmatched training experience.
Sales & Member Growth
- Complete initial and ongoing sales training
- Manage leads from website/ads and conduct swing evaluation meetings
- Sell membership packages and follow up with prospects
- Build community relationships to drive referrals and awareness
- Ensure client retention through excellent experiences
- Track leads, CRM activity, and billing accuracy
- Drive revenue to meet/exceed facility goals
Leadership & Operations
- Hire, schedule, and manage staff while balancing labor budgets
- Lead and develop Hitting Instructors through ongoing training and regular staff meetings
- Oversee equipment, inventory, and facility maintenance needs
- Organize and execute camps, clinics, and special events
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with organized systems
Client Experience & Marketing
- Foster a customer-first culture and recognize client successes
- Conduct re-evaluations to track athlete progress
- Promote members’ accomplishments on social media
- Encourage positive reviews and community reputation
- Follow and implement Infinite’s marketing and social media policies
Finance & Administration
- Oversee billing and collections processes
- Assist with accounting and financial record accuracy
Culture & Leadership
- Model Infinite Hitting’s values and professional standards
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Be the trusted leader and support system for staff, athletes, and families
- Create and support a positive, motivating workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field
- Collegiate-level baseball or softball experience required
- 2 years in sales and/or management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized, technology savvy, problem-solving mindset, and self-starter
- Must maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, with the physical ability to participate in training demonstrations, operate equipment, and support athletes in a hands-on environment
- Available during operating hours: M-F 2:00–10:00pm, Sat 9:45–3:00pm
- Willing to relocate to Pflugerville, TX area (required)
- Full-time, in-person (with some virtual meetings/trainings outside business hours)
