The Senior Director, Warehouse Operations Technology & ICQA will lead strategic initiatives across logistics, warehouse operations, and systems integration to drive enterprise-wide efficiency and scalability. The individual will work closely with Operations, IT, and Commercial Business Units to align systems and processes with long-term business goals.

General Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of logistics and warehouse operations initiatives.
- Oversee ERP and WMS system integrations and upgrades to enhance operational performance.
- Drive inventory optimization and accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.
- Develop and implement performance dashboards and reporting tools for operational insights.
- Direct cross-functional teams in automation, process improvement, and change management projects.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams across logistics and systems functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute scalable solutions.
- Act as a business-oriented leader focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
- 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in ERP/WMS systems integration and optimization.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Extensive experience in logistics, systems integration, and operational leadership.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and the warehouse.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move materials weighing up to 10 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Occasional travel may be required.
