We offer a generous benefits package for eligible employees and lots of room for career growth.We are currently seeking a junior project Manager to support our client in the Brooklyn Supreme Court project at the NYC Department of Design and Construction.Responsibilities:Assist with the management and oversight of construction activities conducted by third-party vendors, both on-site and in-office, for the Brooklyn Supreme Court project under the NYC Department of Design and Construction.Support the maintenance and effective operation of the Project Management Information System (PMIS), ensuring accurate tracking of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Contribute to the development of project schedules and cost forecasts to enable efficient planning and control.Coordinate daily communications regarding project updates between client agencies, contractors, and internal teams.Ensure that all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.Provide administrative and logistical support to senior project managers, including document control and reporting.Qualifications:At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields from an accredited institution: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or Public Administration. OR A Master’s degree in Architecture (first professional degree) from an accredited institution.OSHA 10 certification required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
