Position Overview

This role will spearhead Infinite’s expansion of its Construction Management (CM) capabilities into the Philadelphia Metro market. The ideal candidate is an ambitious and experienced A/E/C professional ready to take on a strategic leadership role, with expertise in profit & loss (P&L) management, strategic planning, and regional business development.

The Metro Lead will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and strengthening Infinite’s CM presence in the region by building a high-performing local team, delivering exceptional project outcomes, and securing new business with key public and institutional clients.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role backed by Infinite’s NYC Metro leadership team, recruiting support, and targeted market research on regional construction budgets and procurement opportunities. Success in Philadelphia will serve as the foundation for expanding Infinite’s CM capabilities into other major U.S. markets.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & CM Capability Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue capital program and CM opportunities in the Philadelphia Metro region with public agencies and institutions such as PDE, PA DGS, PDPH, PHA, PA DOC, CHOP, and other healthcare and higher education entities.
  • Drive the expansion of Infinite’s CM service offerings by positioning the firm as a trusted partner for public sector construction programs.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with regional public sector clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen pursuit strategies, enhance competitive positioning, and grow market share.
  • Negotiate teaming agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to support CM growth and market entry.
  • Represent Infinite at industry events, client meetings, and regional forums to increase brand presence and CM visibility.

Operational Leadership & Service Delivery:

  • Lead and grow the Philadelphia Metro Office's construction management division.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan that aligns with corporate goals, drives growth, and establishes the office as a market leader in the region.
  • Oversee successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, project controls, and risk management protocols.
  • Provide strategic guidance on construction methodologies, problem-solving, and project delivery.

Financial Management:

  • Manage office-level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Develop revenue targets and monitor performance against growth goals.

Talent Building & Development:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber field and office staff to support business growth and project delivery.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, with a proven track record in managing public sector CM projects, particularly in the Philly metro area.
  • Possess a doer-seller mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality CM services while actively pursuing new business opportunities with public sector clients
  • Develop and pursue Construction Management (CM) building opportunities with public agencies, healthcare systems, and higher education institutions in the Philadelphia Metro region.
  • Proven track record managing public sector CM projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience with P&L ownership and strategic business planning.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
  • Certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, or DBIA are preferred.

  • Experience working with city and state agencies responsible for public infrastructure, transit, and buildings construction and upgrades projects in other metros.

SALARY COMPENSATION: $170,000–$190,000, based on experience and qualifications
