We offer a generous benefits package for eligible employees and ample opportunities for career growth.Title: DOB Licensed Site Safety ManagerLocation: Queens, NY Work Details: Full-time, Day shift Role and Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and oversee site-specific safety plans in compliance with NYC DOB regulations.Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are clearly communicated and followed by all personnel on-site.Conduct and document daily safety inspections to identify potential hazards.Immediately address and correct unsafe conditions or practices.Maintain all required DOB documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, and inspection records.Coordinate and communicate with DOB inspectors and ensure site is always inspection-ready.Conduct safety orientation for all new workers and ensure appropriate certifications (e.g., OSHA, SST cards) are on file.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or other related field from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 7 years' experience in safety management of Major Capital Construction Projects, including Heavy Civil Construction.Applicants must possess a valid driver's license.Working knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA regulations, and all state and local regulations.Must be Bilingual in English and SpanishBenefits provided to eligible employees, but not limited to the following:MedicalDentalVision401k with 4% matchShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO & Sick Time)Company HolidaysA great company culture that genuinely cares!
