- Clarity reporting aggregation and Value reporting aggregation.
- Content pulls and reporting support for meetings coordinated and supported by stakeholders.
- Support and organize the Change Control Governance Review process with CBPO.
- Facilitate change control reviews and governance activities.
- Conduct Change Control intake reviews.
- Provide intake management support, including triage and filtering of requests.
- Perform daily reporting to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
- Support Data Hub reporting and maintenance activities.
- Create monthly slideware and presentation materials for Portfolio Spend, Value, and Portfolio Review reporting with inputs from stakeholders.
- Manage change control operations within Wrike, including intake management and daily refreshes of Wrike extracts to provide up-to-date portfolio status reporting.
- Facilitate regular Clarity and Pathfinder reporting, consolidating outputs into presentation-ready slideware for stakeholder reviews.
- Develop and maintain monthly portfolio spend and value reports and related content.
