What You ll Do
- Build and optimize high-performance Spark pipelines on Databricks
- Design scalable ETL workflows and modern data lake architectures
- Work with massive datasets using Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and cloud teams to deliver production-grade data solutions
- Tune Spark jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor engineers, review code, and drive engineering best practices
What We re Looking For
- 8 12 years in Data Engineering or large-scale backend/data platform development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apache Spark with Java /Python
- Proven Databricks experience in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of ADLS and Azure-based data ecosystems
- Experience with data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Delta Lake, Azure Synapse, or Azure-native analytics services
- CI/CD for data engineering workflows
- Azure or Databricks certifications
