Client is looking for candidates who have experience with integrating Power BI along with ServiceNow and Intune or Workspace One
Priority Skills
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, performance analytics, and data extracts to support operational and management reporting.
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting using ServiceNow and other enterprise data sources.
- Build data models, measures, KPIs, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into operational performance, compliance, service health, and engineering effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to use automation, scripting, APIs, and workflow technologies to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Automate recurring reporting activities, data collection, validation, distribution, and notification processes.
- Partner with engineering, operations, security, service management, and leadership teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into measurable KPIs.
- Experience developing automated reporting solutions using technologies such as Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, or similar automation frameworks
- Experience supporting, using technology Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune
- Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
- Troubleshooting methodology skills
- Must be able to document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
- Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred
