Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including:
- Service Orders
- Contracts and Subscriptions
- Billing and Revenue Integration
- Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex, multi-component service offerings, such as:
- Product Service Bundles
- Subscription-Based Services
- Usage-Based Services
- Define and configure:
- Pricing models
- Product/Service configurations
- Dependency logic using Solution Quotation and related SAP frameworks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Conduct fit-to-standard analysis
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions
- Evaluate alternatives to workflow-based overrides or heavy customizations by designing efficient:
- Validation mechanisms
- Approval processes
- Standard system controls
- Ensure end-to-end alignment with cross-functional business processes, including:
- Finance
- Billing
- Revenue Recognition
