Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal planning, food preparation, and service for residents with diverse dietary needs
- Conduct resident assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop individualized dietary plans
- Monitor and record food and fluid intake to ensure residents are receiving adequate nutrition
- Collaborate with the Dietitian to develop and implement nutrition programs
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services we provide
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Associate's degree in Dietetics or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Registered Dietetic Technician (RDT) certification
- 1 years of experience
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
