- Safely transport residents to and from dialysis appointments
- Assist residents with mobility needs and ensure comfort and safety during transport
- Prepare dialysis equipment and ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dialysis area (if on-site)
- Monitor residents during treatment for any signs of distress and report to nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with dialysis nurses, technicians, and facility staff
- Maintain accurate records of transport and treatment times
- High school diploma or GED is Required
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- 1 Year of experience in a healthcare setting or patient transport role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
