As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking a highly capable Executive Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO and play a key role in supporting executive operations and strategic initiatives.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, organization, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Executive Personal Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing schedules, coordinating priorities, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple areas of the business.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. This role requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Candidates must also be comfortable working beyond a strict 9–5 schedule when necessary and be available for occasional business travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Serve as a key point of communication between the CEO, staff, clients, and partners
- Assist with both professional and personal administrative tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements, business trips, and events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and projects
- Track priorities and ensure projects and deadlines are met
- Support operational initiatives and internal coordination
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Help improve organizational systems and workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Technical Skills
Candidates must be comfortable working with modern digital tools and business platforms, including:
- Zoom
- Notion
- Slack
- Canva
- Square
- GoHighLevel (CRM)
- Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Strong overall computer and systems proficiency is required.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to occasionally work outside standard business hours when necessary
- Availability for occasional business travel

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
