· Job Description: Campaign Managers own media plan development, execution, and optimization for aligned campaigns. This role plays an essential part in supporting strategy development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels. You will partner closely with your aligned pods, fellow campaign strategists, functional area experts, and our media and creative agencies to create and launch integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns in support of Institutional Marketing priorities.
Job Requirements:
· Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
· Demonstrated experience with paid digital media required.
· Marketing data literacy skills required.
Strongly preferred skills:
· Media agency experience
· LinkedIn campaign manager experience
· B2B marketing experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking an organized, process driven and proactive individual to support the Paid Media Strategy team. This role will work directly with internal teams such as the Product Pods, Content Strategy, Engagement Strategy, Creative Production, Media Team, Public Site Team, Analytics, Digital Measurement as well as an external agency to establish new workflows, ensure successful completion of projects, maintain quality expectations all while holding key stakeholders and teams accountable.
· Manage and oversee all projects, initiatives, ad-hoc request, experimentation and broader strategy implementation of the Paid Strategy Team specifically for the media agency
· Manage the timelines and quality of all deliverables relating to a digital media program (external agency internal creative, analytics, dev, web teams) across multiple lines of business
· Audit and create new workflows
· Identify areas of overlap or contradiction and connect internal teams to resolve
· Partner with Media Manager to maintain all status and documentation
· Lead retrospectives with teams to optimize the process
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience working with an agile digital media department, preferably agency-side or client in-house
· Timeline management and team accountability skills a must
· Day to day client facing experience
· Proven experience scoping multi-disciplined projects
· Ability to identify & prioritize activities across disciplines
· Willingness to problem solve and work on never been done before media projects
· Understanding, documenting and holding the agency accountable on objectives and expectations
· Diplomacy and relationship management savvy
Experience working with Financial Service companies would be preferred
Salary : $40 - $50
