The Campaign Manager traffics, delivers, and reports on direct-sold digital campaigns across multiple accounts. This role supports Ad Sales and requires strong digital ad tech skills; Google Ad Manager experience preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Traffic, manage, and optimize digital campaigns to hit KPIs
- Verify order entry and pricing accuracy before launch
- Execute Social Media campaigns using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor pacing, delivery, and inventory changes; flag and resolve issues
- Partner with Account Managers to improve performance
- Build reporting: screenshots, reports, and template updates
- Document campaign activity in JIRA
- Coordinate with ad partners (creative, media buying, etc.)
- Troubleshoot/test sponsorships with cross-functional teams
- Maintain knowledge of products and operational capabilities
- Support print ad fulfillment as needed
- Ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Manage branded content post-sale execution (tentpole guides and client-supplied campaigns)
- Lead annual special projects (e.g., Top Workplaces, Philly Favorites)
- Contribute to an inclusive and positive work environment
- 1 years in Ad Operations (digital media)
- Knowledge of ad products: print, experiential, display, native, video, email, and programmatic
- Strong digital reporting and analysis skills
- Professional, clear communicator
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Able to prioritize multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
