Title: Change Management Program Manager 

Hourly rate: $50 to $55 per hour 

Requirements

This is a highly visible role that will serve as a Change Management SME, helping our client shape and build its approach to change management, with a strong focus on AI-enabled transformation. This person will work closely with senior leaders across the organization and will need to be a strong, credible senior-level leader who can effectively navigate seven different regions, cultures, and ways of working. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the people side of change—including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, resistance, and how to make change stick—along with a solid understanding of AI and how organizations are adopting and implementing it. A key part of the role will be developing practical, easy-to-understand content, certifications, learning offerings, and resources such as articles, case studies, webinars, presentations, FAQs, and practitioner tools. They will work cross-functionally with internal teams, senior leaders, SMEs, volunteers, consultants, Chapters, and external partners to keep initiatives moving forward and ensure alignment across the organization. Because this is a global role, they must be comfortable working across different cultures and flexible with their schedule to collaborate across various time zones. This person will also serve as a visible voice and thought partner for our client through webinars, events, partner sessions, and speaking opportunities. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and dependencies while keeping sight of the bigger picture. Ideally, they will have 5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and change management and PMI-CPMAI certifications are highly preferred.

• Looking for someone who really understands the people side of change—stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, resistance, and making change stick.
• They should also have a solid understanding of AI and how organizations are adopting and implementing it, including some of the challenges that come along with that.
• A big part of the role will be helping develop content, certifications, and learning offerings, making sure complex AI and change management topics are practical and easy to understand.
• They’ll work with internal teams, SMEs, volunteers, consultants, and external partners to keep projects moving and everyone aligned.
• They’ll help create things like articles, case studies, webinars, FAQs, scenarios, presentations, social content, and practitioner resources.
• There’s also a strong community-building and external-facing component—engaging chapters and volunteers and representing at webinars, events, partner sessions, and other speaking opportunities.
• Looking for someone who is comfortable being a visible voice and thought partner in the change management and AI space.
• They need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Ideally, they have 5 years of experience across change management, AI/technology transformation, project management, certification/content development, or a related area.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, and PMI-CPMAI and change management certifications are highly preferred
• Overall, this is a good fit for someone who is proactive, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited about helping build something new from the ground up.
