Infill Innovation, Inc., is a small to medium-sized, fast-moving organization with a lean IT team. The IT Support Specialist will be the boots-on-the-ground for day-to-day technical support across the company. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing device setup and configurations, maintaining IT assets, and helping ensure our systems run smoothly. You'll work directly with the IT Manager and have real ownership of your work from day one. This is not a ticket-queue job, we need someone who takes initiative and wants to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and internal systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and professional manner
- Set up and configure laptops, accounts, and equipment for new hires
- Maintain and organize IT assets and equipment inventory
- Assist with system updates, patch cycles, maintenance, and documentation
- Support general IT operations across Microsoft 365, Intune, and related tools
- Help improve internal processes and contribute ideas, not just follow them
Our Environment
- Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Sophos firewall, Windows and macOS endpoints, with some exposure to Ubiquity switches, AV and conference room systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred or equivalent hands-on experience or certifications in lieu of experience/degree.
- CompTIA A , Network , or Security certifications are a plus
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with web design or basic web development is a plus

Pay Range: $72,000 - $80,000 Annually
