Position Summary
The Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor to organizations navigating workforce change. In this role, you will build relationships with HR and business leaders, understand their organizational priorities, and recommend the company's solutions, including career transition, leadership development, coaching, and workforce transformation services.
This position combines strategic account management and consultative business development, working with clients to identify workforce challenges and implement solutions that support organizational performance and employee success.
Success in this role comes from building strong client relationships, understanding workforce needs, and identifying opportunities where our solutions can create meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and business leaders across assigned client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for talent and workforce solutions.
- Consultative Client Engagement
- Partner with clients to understand workforce challenges such as restructuring, leadership development, talent mobility, and organizational change. Recommend tailored solutions that support both business performance and employee success.
- Account Growth & Business Development
- Identify opportunities within existing and new client relationships to expand core services. Collaborate with internal experts to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
- Strategic Account Planning
- Develop account strategies and engagement plans that deepen client relationships and drive sustainable growth across the portfolio.
- Solution Delivery & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented successfully and clients receive a high-quality experience.
- Market Awareness
- Stay informed on workforce trends, industry challenges, and HR priorities in order to proactively support clients with relevant insights and solutions.
Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in HR, consulting, client management, or professional services
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and HR executives
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop strategic account plans
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, consultative environment
- Experience managing multiple priorities and client relationships
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
