Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and chatbots with tool integration across APIs, databases, and enterprise services
- Build using ADK (Python required; Java or similar preferred)
- Create multi-step agent workflows covering reasoning, orchestration, and context handling
- Rapidly prototype using Agent Studio / AI Studio or equivalent tooling
- Convert POCs to production services on Google Cloud Platform via Cloud Run or GKE
- Integrate solutions with Vertex AI, BigQuery, and enterprise systems
- Implement guardrails, access controls, and observability/monitoring
- Optimize for latency, cost, and reliability at scale
Required Skills
- 5 years of software engineering experience
- Proven experience building AI/LLM applications or chatbots
- Strong Python plus at least one additional backend language
- Hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience (Vertex AI preferred)
- Experience with ADK or similar agent frameworks
- Experience building APIs and distributed systems
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Agent Studio / AI Studio or rapid prototyping tools
- RAG and vector databases
- Enterprise copilots or operational AI assistants
- IAM and secure service integration
- Supply chain, transportation, or logistics domain experience (TMS, routing, shipment visibility)
