Key Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to software engineers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards
- Drive system design discussions and technology selection decisions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Support DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and cloud adoption initiatives
- Contribute to roadmap planning, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment
