Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator and APEX Developer for a contract engagement within their IT department. In this role, you will focus on the daily management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of a Workforce solution built on Salesforce. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, resolve technical issues, and support critical workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms
- Configure, update, and maintain field-level security and validations on forms
- Develop and maintain APEX code to support business requirements
- Manage user profiles and service accounts
- Write and optimize SOQL queries, including cross-table queries and performance tuning
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders for requirements discovery and status reporting
- Work independently to complete deliverables in a timely manner
Required Skills
- Salesforce platform expertise — navigation, forms management, field-level security
- APEX Development
- Strong SOQL skills including query optimization and cross-table queries
- User profile and service account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Workforce Management solutions on Salesforce
- Stakeholder engagement and business analysis experience
