Our client's IT department, is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide end-user PC, software, and courtroom Audio Visual support at a district court facility. The role involves troubleshooting technology issues for court staff — including judges and judicial staff — and members of the public, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a court environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff and the public
- Learn and support the MiFILE court document management application and other court-specific technologies
- Troubleshoot and support courtroom audio visual and recording equipment (e.g., JAVS, BIS)
- Assist users with hybrid meeting technology such as Zoom
- Step into live courtroom environments to address AV or computer issues during proceed
