Position: Lead Informatica Developer
Location: Branchville, NJ / Short Hills, NJ
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Required Qualifications
- Must have prior experience in a Lead role.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading and/or hands-on developing Data Warehouse, Data Integration, or Data Engineering projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of owning project deliverables and successfully guiding teams through complex, time-sensitive projects.
- Extensive experience with Informatica development, including building and maintaining mappings, workflows, reusable components, parameter files, and deployment packages.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including writing, analyzing, optimizing, and tuning complex queries, as well as working with indexing strategies and execution plans.
- Good understanding of data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling, normalized databases, star schemas, snowflake schemas, and metadata management.
- Experience with ELT processes and modern data platforms such as Databricks or Informatica cloud platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience, including performance tuning and resolving data quality issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
