Job description:

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Oncology

Assignment Length: 13 weeks with possible extension

Location: Pagosa Springs, CO

Shift: Day Shift 10-hour shifts, Mon. - Thurs. and one Friday per month

Pay Rate: $100/hour

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Nurse Practitioner who has oncology subspecialty experience. The Nurse Practitioner’s duties will include management of Oncology and Infusion patients including examination, treatment, consultation, follow-up, referral, and ordering labs/imaging. The NP will also participate in patient satisfaction programs, quality improvement initiatives and any organizational or departmental goals and objectives to assure safe, quality care.

Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years Oncology subspecialty experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Certification from American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
  • Must have DEA license and Colorado license
  • Must have current AOCNP certification
  • Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
