Field Support Analyst
Indianapolis, IN (5 days onsite, Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm)

What You'll Do
- Provide onsite and deskside IT support to users.
- Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals.
- Support user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
- Manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Assist with Azure AD (Entra ID) administration and user access.
- Handle hardware replacements, upgrades, and deployments.
- Resolve tickets and provide technical support to employees.
