What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Sales - Staffing & Workforce Solutions position at InfiCare Staffing?
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Director of Sales to drive new business growth and revenue expansion across our staffing and workforce solutions division. You will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market sales strategy, developing key client relationships, and leading efforts to grow our book of business across contract staffing, direct hire, and managed services offerings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, and has a proven record of scaling revenue in the staffing industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across staffing verticals (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, Government, etc.)
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients across target industries and geographies
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; accurately forecast revenue and activity metrics in CRM
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Directors, Procurement Officers, and C-suite decision makers
- Develop and present tailored staffing solutions including contract/contract-to-hire, direct placement, RPO, and statement-of-work engagements
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and service quality drives retention and referrals
- Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and vendor qualification requests; negotiate master staffing agreements and pricing structures
- Develop and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Managers to build a high-performing sales team
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets; report performance to senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
- Progressive sales experience in the staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions industry
- Demonstrated success in new business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling into verticals such as IT/Tech, Healthcare, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, or Government/SLED
- Experience working with or selling through VMS platforms (Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Coupa Contingent Workforce, etc.) is highly preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Experience scaling a staffing sales function from ground up or managing a book of business in excess of $5M
- Existing network of HR, procurement, and talent acquisition leaders across target verticals
- Familiarity with workforce compliance, co-employment considerations, and contractor classification
