Position Summary: The Desktop Support Engineer serves as the first point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests, providing timely technical assistance to end users across hardware, software, and network issues. The role also involves supporting network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), managing ITSM tickets in ServiceNow or Jira.


Qualifications:

  • Operating Systems: Windows 10/11
  • Productivity & Collaboration: Microsoft 365, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Office Applications
  • Identity & Access: Active Directory, Group Policy, User Administration
  • Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN troubleshooting
  • ITSM / Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ManageEngine
  • Security & Endpoint: Antivirus Solutions, Endpoint Security, Patch Management
  • Support Tools: Remote Desktop Support Tools, IT Asset Management
