-Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company quality procedures
- Additional Duties: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this role may be assigned other related duties as needed to support efficient production operations and evolving business needs.
- Comply with all production-related safety rules and procedures while performing assigned duties.
-Experience & Required Qualification
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or similar regulated industries.
- knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting effectively.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is essential for effective communication across diverse teams and customers.

- Associate's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Korean/English bilingual
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience working with OEM customers
