- Perform quality inspections and testing of parts and finished products.
- Identify product defects, quality concerns, and non-conforming materials.
- Report quality issues to the Quality Control Supervisor/Manager.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure finished products meet required quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized quality control documentation.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and strategies.
- Participate in the development and review of product specifications.
- Assist with training employees on quality standards and quality control procedures.
- Analyze quality-related information and help identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate quality concerns clearly and professionally with team members and management.
- Follow company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Required:
- Must be fluent in Korean
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Office
- Previous experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Quality Inspector, or similar position
- Knowledge of quality control regulations and standards
- Experience with data analysis and statistical methods
- Additional education or certification in Quality Control
