About Us
Inez Spring Riverfront RV Park is a 24-acre, family-run RV park on the Leon River in Eastland, TX, right off I-20 between Abilene and Fort Worth. We’re known locally for our private river access for kayaking, and we’re looking for a dependable, reliable manager to help us run a clean, well-kept, welcoming property.
Position Summary
We’re hiring an on-site Park Manager to oversee daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role covering guest service, reservations, staff oversight, and property upkeep. It is not a desk job.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day park operations, including guest check-in/check-out and site assignments
- Manage reservations and guest communications through our reservation system
- Supervise on-site staff and workampers, including scheduling and task assignments
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and vendor/contractor visits
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the property
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support routine administrative tasks (e.g., reconciling daily sales)
- Represent the park professionally within the local community
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or RV park/campground operations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers and reservation/property management software
- Able to work some weekends and holidays, consistent with a 7-day operation
- Must pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience
- Two weeks of paid vacation per year
- Free RV pad (a $550 /month value); electric usage is the employee’s responsibility
- Company-provided computer and phone for work use
