The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance & Treasury team, providing financial insights and operational reporting that directly support executive decision-making. This role offers exposure across corporate finance, treasury operations, hedging, and risk management, making it an excellent foundation for long-term career growth within INEOS.

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
Compensation:
The annual rate for this position generally ranges between $90,000 - $105,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, of up to 27% of eligible pay. This role, depending on skill level and experience, may also participate in the Long-Term Incentive Plan with annual awards, vesting over three years, ranging from 8-15% of stated annual target. These ranges are estimates, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, business performance to metrics, and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to support monthly external reporting.
- Build and deliver monthly management presentation materials.
- Maintain and update the weekly 13-week cash flow forecast.
- Support treasury operations including wire transfers, account funding, and loan activity.
- Perform monthly hedge valuations and assist with ongoing hedge program management.
- Assist with the annual insurance renewal process and related risk management activities.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, including data analysis and forecasting.
- Prepare financial materials and analysis for semi-annual revolving credit facility redeterminations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance or accounting (oil & gas industry experience preferred).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exposure to Bloomberg, Power BI, SAP, or SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-starter with enthusiasm to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
