As the Marketing Manager, you will be the right hand to the VP of Product & Marketing, playing a critical role in executing our go-to-market strategy. You are a "builder" - someone who loves writing compelling content one day and managing a trade show booth the next. You don’t need to be a graphic designer, but you must be a storyteller who embraces modern AI tools to generate assets, copy, and videos efficiently.

  • Content & Communications (Writing First): Own the company voice across LinkedIn, the company blog, and press releases, Translate technical product features into benefits-driven narratives for retailers, Manage the website content, ensuring it remains fresh and informative.
  • Asset Creation & Sales Enablement: Create high-impact collateral (Sales decks, one-pagers, PDFs) for internal and external use, Leverage modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Sora, etc) to produce visual assets and video content rapidly, Support the sales team with the tools they need to win.
  • HubSpot Ownership (CMS & CRM): Serve as the primary marketing administrator for HubSpot. Manage the new website (CMS), organize customer data (CRM), and execute email marketing campaigns, KPIs & Reporting: Build dashboards to track performance. You must be able to prove ROI on events and campaigns (e.g., "The EuroShop campaign generated 50 MQLs").

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience (Retail Tech or Hardware experience is a plus).
  • Superpower: Exceptional writing and communication skills. You can write a press release or a LinkedIn hook that stops the scroll.
  • Tool Stack: Must be proficient in HubSpot. You know how to build landing pages, set up workflows, and track attribution.
  • Analytic Mindset: You don't just post content; you track how it performs.
  • Tech-Forward: Demonstrated proficiency (and genuine curiosity) in using AI tools for content and asset generation. You work smarter, not harder.
  • Event Savvy: You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, coordinate shipping, or stand on a trade show floor to represent the brand.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 15–20% domestically and internationally for events.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.\
