Role Description
We’re currently looking for someone to help our clients on the southside of Indianapolis -Bargersville, Greenwood, Franklin, and even Sweetwater Lake.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN, with the flexibility to work partially from home. As a Sales Professional at Indy Grills, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and provide expertise on products such as outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and patio furnishings. Market research and attending trade shows or events may also be expected to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Familiarity with outdoor living or home improvement products is a plus
- Proficiency in basic office and sales software tools, such as CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
Expected year 1 earnings: $125-150,000
