Role Description
Sales Coordinator
Indy Grills is looking for a motivated, personable Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their start in sales, develop valuable communication and customer relationship skills, and grow into a full-time sales role.
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for fielding incoming inquiries, communicating with potential customers, qualifying buyers, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers, so strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport are essential.
This position is designed with growth in mind. The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn our sales process, gain hands-on experience, and eventually transition into taking and closing sales calls of their own.
Compensation: Salary commission, with total annual earnings of approximately $80,000–$100,000 based on performance.
We’re looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, driven, and eager to build a career in sales. No extensive sales background is required—we’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.
