Company Overview
Indy Clover is an innovative thrift store concept dedicated to empowering individual "Sellers" by allowing them sell their items in our store and earn a substantial share of their sales—two-thirds of total sales—on their used clothing, shoes, accessories, home decor, jewelry, etc. We aim to provide a fair and rewarding experience compared to traditional used clothing retailers. Sellers rent small booths in our store, set up and price their own items, we sell them, keep track and pay them 2/3 of their sales!
Summary
We are seeking a motivated Seller Advocate to join our team at Indy Clover. In this role, you will assist customers in teaching them about how our concept works, how to become Sellers with us. You will also help our shoppers find quality second-hand clothing while shopping our store. Your contributions will help shape the future of our unique retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist potential sellers in booking a booth and understanding how to sell with us.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing quality used clothing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their inventory and sales opportunities.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory and sales tracking.
- Perform some cleaning duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in retail or client services is preferred.
- Basic data entry skills for inventory management.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Shifts - We are open Mon - Sat 10am-7pm, and Sun 12pm-6pm
