Content Manager / Live Seller

At Flavoritos, we are an online candy and snack company looking for an energetic Live Seller & Social Media Manager to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule and includes hosting engaging 1–2 hour TikTok livestreams multiple times per week. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission based on livestream sales.

We're looking for someone who is confident on camera, enjoys interacting with people, and has a creative personality. This role includes creating engaging content, filming and editing videos, posting consistently across social media platforms, and helping grow the Flavoritos brand through creative marketing strategies. We value creativity, professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Our goal is to build a team that creates engaging content while helping maintain a productive, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment.

Qualifications 

• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
• Strong communication and speaking skills (required)
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Professional, positive, and energetic personality
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback
• Reliable and dependable

Responsibilities 

• Host energetic 1–2 hour TikTok livestreams 3–5 times per week
• Interact with customers and answer questions during livestreams
• Promote products and encourage live sales
• Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas
• Film short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
• Edit videos for social media platforms
• Post videos, stories, and other social media content consistently
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas
• Review analytics and help improve engagement and sales
