Responsibilities
- Drive new membership sales and renewals through studio tours, phone outreach, and follow-up.
- Overcome objections and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate leads through grassroots marketing and local community events.
- Deliver a welcoming, professional, and high-energy experience for all guests and members.
- Support the Studio Manager with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day studio operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.
- Foster a positive studio culture that supports member retention and staff performance.
- Proven sales experience; fitness, wellness, or membership-based sales strongly preferred.
- Confident closer with strong objection-handling skills.
- Motivated by commission and performance-based earnings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, and Pilates.
- Full-time availability, including one weekend day per week.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Montgomery, AL.
